大学病院内のレストラン ローストポークのチェリートマトソース [食べ物のこと]

晴れて、暑かったです。
午後イチで、信濃町の![[病院]](https://blog.ss-blog.jp/_images_e/41.gif)
大学病院へ通院でした。

[院内のレストラン ローストポークのチェリートマトソース]
午後イチは 13:30～ なので、少し早い時間に病院に到着し、院内のレストラン The Parkでランチしました。
大学病院の 11階にあり、帝国ホテルが運営しています。
よく、入院患者が面会に来た家族と食事やお茶したりしています。
帝国ホテルが運営とはいっても、病院のエレベータでつながっていますので、入り口は病院ぽいです。
通院だったので、コーデュロイのワンピで行ったら暑かったです。
12:00 ちょい前に行ったら、新国立競技場が見える窓際席でした。
12:30 ぐらいに行くと、行列を待ちます。
周囲を見渡すと、カレーを食べている人が多いです。
帝国ホテルのカレーなので、1,900円なんですけどね。
だったら、2,300円の Bランチ ＝ ローストポークのチェリートマトソースでしょう！！
ドリンク（アイスコーヒーにしました）付き。
このレストランは、ティータイムはコーヒー（紅茶）のお替わりが自由なので、入院してたときは、よく気分転換に病室を抜けて来てました。
まあ、個室差額ベッド代が 1日 4万5千円だったかなので、もう入院できませんが（笑

幻視、軽度のうつ、軽度の躁鬱があって、睡眠時間が足りてないので、眠剤、抗不安剤に加えて、精神安定剤を寝つきを良くするために追加処方です。
抗うつ剤ではなくて、あくまでも、寝る前の神経の興奮を抑えて寝つきをよくする薬ですが、わりと強力な精神安定剤なので、1日分量の 1 / 3の、さらに半分の分量です。
居ないはずの人が居るような気がしたり、怖い夢を見たりしますが、これらはストレスによるものなので、原因を見つけて取り除かないと治りません。
子どもの頃のトラウマやPTSDとかだったりもするので、カウンセリングの答えが難しいです。
なお、この病院の先生は、LGBTが専門ではないので、ジェンダーの不一致はカウンセリング対象外です。
